If this sounds like you and what you are looking for… APPLY TODAY HR Coordinator Duties: Provide a full and professional service to colleagues and managers by managing day-to-day HR transactional and operational processes. Processing letters for changes to employment terms Responsible for full administration duties i.e., managing, coordinating, filing training certification and training forms Responding to queries in the HR Shared Service inbox as first point of contact. Support with all aspects of the employee life cycle including administration of new starters, leavers, holidays, HR processes, reference, changes, long service milestones, right to work checks, maternity/paternity & parental/shared parental leave letters, raising invoices and POs. Supporting, coordinating and arranging key employee initiatives such as long service rewards and employee of the year dinners. Working with HRSS (HR Shared Services) team in managing various employee benefits Responsible for organising interviews as part of the recruitment process. DO YOU HAVE? : Previous HR administration experience. Team player that will handle matters confidentially and sensitively. Ideally Level 3 CIPD Qualified
