* Continuous improvement of the Store Replenishment Product.
* Scoping and delivery of Replenishment for all non-Store sites.
* Supporting the wider Supply Chain Planning squads and working with a horizontal mindset to deliver the best outcomes and support the build of an E2E replenishment system.
* Have a customer-centric approach to all feature work, ensuring we are improving the customer experience with every iteration.
* Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new business initiatives, focusing on the “problem to solve.”
* Serve our internal customers, ensuring order data is available, useful, and reliable.
* Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with Engineering and Business Stakeholders.
* Continuously review product backlog priorities to ensure that value, cost of delay and effort are balanced effectively.
* Contribute to the product strategy, ensuring it feeds into the wider business 3-year plan.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Great communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication style to fit the audience.
