Job Title: Training and Development Officer Hours: 22 Contract Type: Fixed term for two years Organisation/School: Youth Connect South West Vacancy Ref: YCSW78 This is not a Bath & North East Somerset Council Vacancy Youth Connect South West (YCSW) is looking for a proactive and motivated Training and Development Officer. The post holder will play a key role in the training and development elements of the YCSW People Plan. The organisation is quickly growing, and this role supports that growth by developing and ensuring quality services for young people in the Southwest. This fixed term post has been funded by the National Lottery to create transformational change in YCSW by contributing to the development of HR systems, culture, planning and processes. The key focus of this role is staff development, and the post holder will be responsible for enhancing staff training and developing career pathways. Key responsibilities : Assess needs: identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations Design training: create training programs, manuals, online learning modules, and course materials Implement training: deliver training in the classroom, online, or a combination of both Evaluate training: assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance evaluations Why Join Us?
