Job Description
Reports to: General Manager & Cookery school chef tutor
Daily Tasks List:
1. Reconciliation of previous day’s revenues & takings and entry into day-books software
2. Safe float check
3. Entry of purchase invoices into day-books software including approval of digital invoices
4. Raising of sales invoices (deposits, final spends) on day-books software
5. Input data onto Daily Tracker spreadsheet and distribute to management team
6. Petty Cash analysis and reconciliation
7. Cookery classes organisation through booking software
8. Event organisations
Weekly Tasks:
9. Close week on day-books software
10. Debt analysis and report
11. Chasing customer debt
12. Future business analysis and sense check
13. Weekly paperwork submission to senior management
14. Customer deposit reconciliation
15. Vouchers and discounts reconciliations
16. Company Credit Card reconciliation
Qualifications
17. Strong Excel skills
18. Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred but not necessarily.
19. Ability to work independently
