This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and lead a high-profile retail fit-out project in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, identifying and addressing any risks or delays. Ensure the smooth running of site activities, maintaining strong communication with all parties involved. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work is carried out to the required specifications. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in the retail fit-out sector. Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site management practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines. Experience with retail or commercial projects is essential. Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are highly desirable
