Key Responsibilities: Oversee purchase and sales ledgers, maintaining clear communication with customers and suppliers Perform bank reconciliations and manage quarterly VAT returns Assist with month-end processes and credit control Support year-end financial audits Coordinate with the external payroll provider by collating and verifying payroll data Manage customs administration, including filing submissions (training provided) Collaborate closely with the External Accountant Criteria: 2-3 years of recent experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts role Proficiency in Sage is essential Solid working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Why apply?
