Our client, a highly regarded company within the not-for-profit sector, is looking for a confident, proactive and self-driven individual to support their busy housing team. The successful Temporary Administrator will be computer literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The successful Temporary Administrator duties will include but not be limited to:
Taking calls from a variety of different types of people mainly tenants
Actioning and responding to any email enquiries
Updating the in-house CRM and Excel spreadsheets
The successful Temporary Administrator will have / be:
Fully IT literate including Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook / Word / Excel and PowerPoint)
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Capable of working under pressure and delivering to deadlines
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with the ability to work with a wide range of people
A willingness and positive 'can do' attitude towards flexibility and adaptability in work
