Job Summary: Job Description: Senior Civil Enforcement Officers along with CEOs are the eyes and ears of the local community, patrolling areas, providing advice to residents and members of the public, whist enforcing road traffic regulation orders and, as and when appropriate, issuing parking penalty charge notices. Senior CEOs will play a significant role in reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality through the effective management of the kerbside and the enforcement of parking restrictions. A Senior CEO’s day will be spent, mostly outside, in all weathers, walking up to 8 miles per day. Senior CEOs will be dealing with members of the public, face to face sometimes in difficult situation therefore strong customer service skills is a requirement. Senior CEOs will need to deputize for CEO Supervisors on occasion therefore additional responsibilities are required from this role, including but not limited to: - Provide advice and parking related guidance to members of the enforcement team and complete monitoring of CEO's out on the street as well as via reports. Working as part of the Civil Enforcement team to ensure all parking restrictions and requirements are enforced and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract ensuring quality standards and contractual requirements are maintained. To assist in ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract with operational responsibility management of resources, including ensuring effective deployment of staff throughout the contract ensuring contractual requirements are met.
