This is a home-based role.

• Leading the team of 20 a nalysts, developers, database administrators and Integration engineers
• Providing strategic oversight of data management principles throughout the organisation
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining Capita data policies, data standards and data management frameworks
• Deliver guidance and counsel to colleagues and stakeholders in the purpose and value of data capabilities and their adoption.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
• Advocate and promote a data-driven culture and leads initiatives designed to embed data literacy.
• Leadership and mentoring of a cross-functional team of data professionals.
• Embed and drive a continuous improvement culture
• Provide assurance/compliance of data against necessary legal, regulatory, commercial, policy and practice requirements.
• Own data-related activities in the delivery of operational service.
What we're looking for?
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an environment involving the development, testing,
and deployment of reports.
• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare context, preferably within the NHS or Private NHS providers
• Familiarity with healthcare systems such as SystmOne, EMISweb, IDOX Lilie, DATIX, Allocate Health Roster.
• Experience with core technologies such as T-SQL, SSIS, Power BI, Data Factory, Power Automate and Azure
• Understanding of key NHS reporting concepts such as CSDS, RTT, GUMCAD, SDCS, IAPS
• Ability to evaluate reporting requirements and work with stakeholders to deliver value.
• Proficiency in T-SQL for querying databases and performing ad hoc reporting, data discovery, and data quality assurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of NHS mandatory reporting requirements and NHS datasets.
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong network
