About the opportunity
You will act as a trusted point of contact for our clients and global partners. You’ll ensure compliance with international regulations and deadlines while maintaining exceptional service standards. Thriving in a solutions-driven environment, where attention to detail and the ability to streamline processes are key. By managing and coordinating the delivery of accounts, compliance, HR, and payroll services, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients’ success on a global scale.
Key responsibilities include:
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients and international partners
* Oversee and manage the delivery of accounts, compliance, HR, and payroll services through our global partner network
* Process adherence by following timelines and international regulations
About you
You are an excellent team player and possess strong communication skills. You will have a client-centric mentality, with the focus always being on outstanding service. You have a solutions-driven approach to problem-solving and are adaptable with a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone with keen attention to detail, who is highly organised and skilled in interpreting large volumes of data.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in business-to-business customer service, but are open to all applications from service delivery professionals.
