Job summary An exciting opportunity have arisen for a proactive, dynamic and aspiring band 5 Physiotherapist to join the Frome Community Rehabilitation service in the Mendip Neighbourhood. The post would suit a newly qualified professional.The successful post holder would be supported in the community to work with a team of Occupational Therapists, Pharmacist tech, rehabilitation assistants and physio apprentice across the Mendip Neighbourhood. Our bases are Frome, Shepton Mallett and West Mendip. The post holder would work with patients in their own homes or on a community ward providing rehabilitation and assisting patients back to their baseline where possible.
