Role Overview
As Omnichannel Marketing Manager - eComm, you will lead the development and execution of branded campaigns on and offsite, shaping the online shopper experience and increasing visibility of PepsiCo products across retail channels in the UK. You will manage strategy and execution across all brands, with success measured by sales growth, marketing performance, and efficient marketing spend.
This is a part-time role, and we are open to candidates working 3 or 4 days per week. Please discuss your preferred schedule with your recruiter.
Responsibilities
1. Develop a marketing strategy for Ocado & Waitrose eCommerce, aligned with account priorities to drive growth and meet revenue and share targets.
2. Lead the activation of marketing plans for these accounts, maintaining/improving key KPIs such as ROAS, NR, CVR, and CTR.
3. Manage the activation calendar, leveraging brand plans, channel insights, and consumer moments to create engaging campaigns across the purchase journey.
4. Brief and oversee digital media creation, working with our creative team to ensure assets are on-brand and timely.
5. Manage marketing budgets for Ocado & Waitrose eCommerce, ensuring effective deployment and tracking.
6. Conduct post-campaign evaluations to gather insights and optimize future planning, sharing best practices with stakeholders.
7. Support test-and-learn initiatives to identify new opportunities with clear goals and knowledge sharing.
8. Build strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and media agencies.
9. Assist with omnichannel marketing team workflows, such as creative artwork processes.
Qualifications
* Experience in eCommerce, Digital, or Shopper Marketing.
* Experience in performance marketing across multiple channels, e.g., Search.
* Experience in social media campaign delivery and buying.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate media performance and report findings.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Creative mindset with the ability to brief and approve digital assets.
* Excellent collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
* Strong project and time management skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
* Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply new information and methodologies.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
