Customer Service Associate

About the Role
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week between 07:00 and 01:00. You will undergo a 3-week training program onsite in Belfast City Centre, with the possibility of hybrid working after completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service, resolving queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
* Educate customers on various banking services and options, helping them make informed decisions that suit their needs.
* Accurately complete processes and procedures while providing a seamless experience for customers.
* Deliver good customer outcomes by identifying and mitigating gaps, ensuring customers meet their financial goals.
Requirements
* Experience in customer service, managing relationships with customers, and resolving queries.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good technology skills, including Microsoft Office, and a background in working within a regulatory environment.
* A customer-focused attitude, prioritising excellent customer service and support.

Salary and Benefits
