HR Administrator Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 DOE Location: Office Based - Northampton About the Role: Our client, a global organization with over 20 years of experience supplying customers in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated and organised HR Administrator to join their Northampton-based team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic HR department in a thriving international business. What will I be doing as the new HR administrator? Employee Records Management: Accurately maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is kept current and compliant. Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing induction materials and organizing orientation sessions. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law, particularly regarding data protection and confidentiality. Employee Relations: Provide administrative support in handling employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary procedures. Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits administration, including updating records and responding to employee inquiries. General Administration: Perform general administrative duties for the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. What are we looking for in the new HR Administrator? Previous experience in an HR administrative role is essential. You will ideally be working towards a CIPD Qualification. You will be PASSIONATE about all things HR You will be dealing with a workforce of over 100 employees onsite, so we are looking for someone who really wants to do things right. They are a company that really care about their employees IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required. Experience with HR and T&A software is essential.
