Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 annually (Depending on experience)

About the Role:
The Elizabeth School of London is seeking a Wellbeing Officer to join our London campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our students throughout their academic journey.
As our Wellbeing Officer, your duties will include:
* Conducting well-being meetings with the students to discuss their problems.
* Analysing and identifying wellbeing cases and sharing reports with the Wellbeing Manager.
* Providing guidance, advice, and information related to student wellbeing and pastoral care, as well as support for students experiencing emotional or practical difficulties affecting their learning.
* Managing a caseload of student well-being matters, reviewing support needs, logging student outcomes, and communicating with tutors and other central services.
* Helping the Wellbeing Manager deliver workshops, webinars, and awareness-raising events.
* Collaborating and communicating with other teams to establish and maintain productive relationships with colleagues across the University to support service delivery and issue resolution.
* Planning and organising own workload.
* Contributing to longer-term plans/programmes.
We are looking for people who have:
* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Education, or related subjects.
* A willingness to train in Mental Health First Aid.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with others.
* Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement.
* Sensitivity and empathy with students, colleagues, and staff.
* Able to deal with confidential matters and act with discretion.
* A Master’s in psychology or a Mental Health qualification.
* Experience in producing and managing timetables in an educational context.
* Evidence of working with a diverse student population.
* Experience in risk assessments and crisis management.
