Role Description
This is a contract (part-time, flexible, self-employed) role for a Receptionist at DULWICH THERAPY ROOMS LTD. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering the phone, clerical/admin duties, taking payments, communication with clients and practitioners and providing excellent customer service. This role is an on-site position with location in East Dulwich, London.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
* Ability to update website, Facebook, Instagram if needed
* Maths & English GCSEs minimum grade C
* Being the Friendly Face of the Clinic
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude
* Excellent communication skills
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the clinic reception, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (e.g. forwarding or replying to emails or text messages, administrative work and general clerical support).
