Key Responsibilities: Support students with a range of special educational needs (SEN) in both small group and 1:1 settings. Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational programs and interventions. Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Work closely with class teachers, SENCo, and other professionals to monitor student progress. Assist with personal care and ensure the safety and wellbeing of students. Provide emotional and social support to students as required. Encourage positive behavior management and promote independence. Key Requirements: Previous experience working with children, ideally with SEN, is desirable but not essential. A genuine passion for working with children with special needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students. Flexibility and adaptability in supporting students with a variety of learning styles. A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
