About the Role
Crest Nicholson plc is seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Director to lead our Yorkshire region. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced sales professional to join a leading developer and drive sales growth in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple sites across the region, driving sales performance and achieving targets.• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, ensuring maximum visibility for our properties.• Provide guidance and support to Sales Advisors, empowering them to achieve their best results.• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop innovative marketing collateral, showcasing our developments and attracting potential buyers.
Requirements:
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the new homes market. You must have a deep understanding of the Yorkshire area and be well-versed in marketing strategies, ROI calculations, and analytics. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for motivating and supporting a team of Sales Advisors.
Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.£60,000-£80,000 annual salary ranges based on this high level job requiring strong knowledge of the market, years of experience selling homes off plan.
