Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a Falls Prevention Practitioner to join our team within the Medicine, Urgent Care and Ambulance Service Care Group on the Isle of Man. You will take an active role in developing preventative care services for patients who are at risk of falling in both acute and community settings within Manx Care. Main duties of the job The role allows you to evaluate and deliver specialist advice and guidance for clinical staff, acting as a resource of evidence based knowledge to enable timely identification of needs through assessment, treatment and management, as well as providing organisational leadership to improve the experience of those effected by falls, through the delivery of person-centredcare.
