About Paloma Health
We provide families with high quality specialist NHS care within 4 weeks of GP referral.
Our first service, children and young people’s autism assessments went live in November 2024 and we are launching ADHD assessments and treatment in 2025.
We were founded as don’t think it is right that families are waiting 2-5 years for NHS children’s autism and ADHD assessments, and this crisis has recently been highlighted by the Children’s Commissioner for England: https://www.childrenscommissioner.gov.uk/blog/childrens-commissioner-warns-of-invisible-crisis-as-delays-and-inequalities-laid-bare-among-children-with-neurodevelopmental-conditions/
Neurodiversity services are our first step to tackling all NHS specialist care waiting lists. We will launch more NHS services soon including for adult autism and ADHD, memory assessments, paediatric allergy, and dermatology.

The Opportunity
This Senior Clinical Pathway & Product Manager will initially own our Autism and ADHD assessment and treatment pathways. Your goals are to ensure a fantastic family experience and high quality care, as well as service efficiency.
You will lead a cross-functional squad of clinical and delivery colleagues, and also collaborate closely with our engineering team to shape the technology and systems that empower our care coordination and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional in tech-enabled care pathways to join a super fast growing startup with a team of passionate colleagues! Demonstrating success in this role opens career growth options, including promotion to ‘Lead’ and ‘Director’, as well as opportunities to lead the launch of further clinical services, and to recruit and lead a team.
Responsibilities
Ensure success of our current pathways:
* Lead the full lifecycle of our clinical service pathways—from design and implementation to monitoring, optimisation, and scaling—while developing and iterating our technical product in collaboration with the engineering team.
* Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders to understand service requirements, identify unmet needs, and apply a user-centered design approach to translate these into actionable service and technical solutions.
* Own product and service frameworks including, but not limited to, actionable roadmaps, agile methodologies, OKRs, product specifications, pathway training materials, tickets, user mapping, and discovery processes.
* Manage multiple complex projects throughout their lifecycle by adhering to project management best practices (e.g., Agile, Prince2) tailored to project type.
* Own business-critical pathway KPIs, monitor performance, drive improvements using data insights, and create prioritised action plans for strategic decision-making.
* Conduct risk assessments together with relevant stakeholders (e.g. clinical, engineering) and support incident investigations as needed.
* Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of emerging trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
Work on new projects, upskill colleagues and take on responsibilities as we scale:
* Implement and launch new clinical services, ensuring smooth integration with existing technical systems and workflows.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisation.
* Train and upskill colleagues on our clinical pathways and technology.
* As we grow, there is the potential to line manage a small team (approx. 2-3 individuals) across clinical, pathway/product and delivery.
About you

* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including clinicians, designers, engineers, and patients to create actionable product & service requirements.
* Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a squad.
* Extensive experience in product or programme or project management (e.g. Agile, PMP, Prince2).
* A strong track record of effectively prioritising and delivering a high-impact roadmap considering user needs, data analysis, business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
* Ability to challenge the status quo constructively by asking difficult questions and providing direct feedback.

* Line management experience
