Job Title: Project Manager

Pay Range/Details: Competitive salary + commission scheme

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our client based in Lincoln specialising in servicing, maintaining, and upgrading industrial gas and steam turbines working in the oil & gas industry, power generation, and other energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities - Project Manager
1. Manage and deliver projects from start to finish
2. Be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams
3. Oversee contracts, risk assessments, and project documentation
4. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
5. Keep track of risks, costs, and key milestones
6. Work closely with finance to monitor budgets and forecasts
7. Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Qualifications & Requirements - Project Manager
1. Project Management qualification or relevant experience
2. Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3. Strong understanding of contracts and risk management
4. Excellent communication and organisation skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools
6. Full UK driving license
Desirable Skills - Project Manager
1. Experience managing multiple projects in engineering or manufacturing
2. Understanding of procurement and purchasing
3. Familiarity with rotating machinery and auxiliary systems
4. Experience in onshore/offshore installations
5. Strong financial and budgeting knowledge
