What you’ll do
1. Drive the delivery of the program through active management ensuring milestones are met to time, cost and quality.
2. Lead in the development and implementation of program plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
3. Collaborate and foster constructive working relationships within the UK Technology team. Work collaboratively and constructively within UK Digital & IT to ensure delivery of the assigned programs. Work closely with internal stakeholders and project team to oversee the creation of program documentation, including, plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
4. Demonstrate strong communication skills, coordinate project stakeholders and may also act as lead representative in key governance and decision meetings.
5. Demonstrate ability to flex styles according to stakeholder preferences.
Who you are
6. Possesses understanding of frameworks ( Waterfall/Agile) and methodologies ( Prince2/ SAFe)
7. Understanding of the application and software development lifecycle
8. Technical change / transformation experience
