The right candidate will have the expertise, diligence, and attention to detail required for working with the finest cars in the world. Careful execution of work, tidiness, and experience with technical information systems are all key attributes of our ideal candidate.
We are looking for an experienced MET technician with good mechanical knowledge to work in our multi-manufacturer approved accident repair centre. We are approved by and work with the main prestige manufacturers, giving us access to the tooling, equipment, methods, and training. This allows us to be at the forefront of the industry whilst reinstating vehicles back to pre-accident manufacturer standards.
The Position
We are after an experienced MET technician who has worked on multiple brands and has an excellent understanding of all areas regarding the role. The role comprises all the normal activities of a bodyshop technician including removing and refitting panels, mechanical work, and diagnosing faults. The person should have a solid background in the industry and a passion for doing the job right. They must be a tidy worker and well organized, always ensuring health and safety is followed. We have many prestigious brand approvals, so an eye for detail is a must along with a good proven track record. Chartwell is all about quality, right first time, and undertaking repairs to the manufacturer’s standards. Our technicians are trained by the manufacturer, meaning we follow their guidelines for correctly restoring the vehicle to pre-accident condition.
