Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support individuals in meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
Help clients with mobility, including transferring in and out of bed or wheelchairs and assisting with walking.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and respectful relationship.
Administer prescribed medications under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and documentation.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.
Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the designated supervisor or healthcare professional.
Requirements
Previous experience in a care-related role is preferred but not essential.
A compassionate and empathetic approach towards caring for others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet clients' needs.
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding in a care setting.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in care environments.
A relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) is desirable.

Start Time: 14:30
End Time: 21:30
Pay Per Hour: £11.44
