Main Purpose of Job We are seeking a hardworking and proactive Administrator with strong administrative skills to provide a wide range of effective administrative support to the team. Key Tasks and Areas of Responsibility - Providing administrative support to both operations and finance department - Handle incoming calls from clients, service partners and field engineers. - Assisting operations department to update operating software with accurate site information and subcontractor details. - Assisting with document management to include photocopying, scanning and filing. Processing inbound documentation and inputting data onto the system. - Assist the Operations team with operational tasks - Assist Finance with data-input and other ad-hoc tasks as required - Responsible for ordering office supplies - Greeting visitors, book meetings and travel. - Assist with marketing campaigns Requirements - Ability to work in a pressurised environment and meet tight deadlines - Strong skills in Microsoft Office - Be well organised with an ability to time plan efficiently - Attention to detail able to spot errors and rectify mistakes quickly - Being comfortable in using a variety of technologies and software systems - A positive and results orientated approach in a team environment - Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills able to interact effectively at all levels - Education to a minimum GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) standard is desirable.
