The Role
:
As a Rural Surveyor, you will provide management and consultancy services to rural clients, focusing on valuations and strategic advice.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver day-to-day professional advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
2. Support senior team members with high-value property valuations.
3. Act as the primary contact for several existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
4. Collaborate with other specialist teams to develop new business opportunities.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of efficient internal systems.
6. Ensure compliance with legal, professional, and corporate standards.
7. Prepare reports and presentations for pitches.
8. Opportunity to specialise in rural planning, estate management, or valuation.
Requirements:
9. Previously worked as a Rural Surveyor or in a similar role.
10. Experience in rural practice through work experience or placements.
11. Newly qualified surveyor with RICS qualification.
12. Ideally be progressing towards or close to completing APC.
13. Knowledge of the Welsh language would be beneficial.
14. Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining it.
