We’re pleased to be recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a fantastic organisation in Cambridgeshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st & 2nd line support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems
Assist with maintenance and support for systems including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory.
Communicate effectively to ensure timely issue resolution.
Document all support activities, resolutions, and technical details in the support system.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in 2nd line support.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and escalation procedures.
Prior experience working within a service desk or IT support environment.
Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear technical explanations.
Experience in providing remote and on-site support in a structured and efficient manner.
Good organisational skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Due to the location of this role, you will need access to your own vehicle.
