Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their Estate Agents based near Dartford, Kent

The role entails (but is not limited to):
Maintaining the firms’ reputation for excellent customer service.
Meeting with clients to ensure their interests are maintained.
Managing the portfolio of rental properties.
Navigating the negotiation process efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
Dealing with all incoming enquiries.
Promoting all services provided by the company.
Any ad-hoc duties as required by the management team.
A successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
ARLA qualification is preferred but not essential.
At least 5 years' experience in customer service.
The ability to adhere to all regulatory requirements.
An excellent attitude and a lot of enthusiasm.
Great knowledge of Dartford and the surrounding areas.
The ability to work alone or part of a team.
The salary for this position is £27,000 per annum..
This role is full-time 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM
