What skills and experience we're looking for
• At least two years of experience teaching within an KS2 environment.
• Conducting assessments, keeping records and producing reports for children.
• Implementing safeguarding procedures in schools.
• A clear understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
• An ability to use different teaching methods and adapt to cater for children’s needs.
• Knowledge of effective support strategies to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
• Punctual, with a good attendance record.
• An excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
• Organised.
• An excellent time manager.
• Hardworking, with high expectations of themselves and their professional standards.
• Driven and energetic.
• Have a good sense of humour.
