A leading accountancy firm is seeking to hire into their audit team for an Audit Semi Senior / Senior / Assistant Manager role in Cambridge.
As a Semi Senior, Senior, or Assistant Manager, you will take responsibility for the following areas, with task complexity adjusted based on your experience:
Responsibilities will include:
1. Compiling accounts and preparing tax calculations (about 30% of your role).
2. Organizing audit engagements and supervising onsite teams (approximately 70% of your role).
3. Addressing client queries, escalating more intricate issues to a manager or partner as needed.
4. Reviewing the work of team members prior to forwarding the completed file to the manager.
5. Mentoring junior staff and providing feedback on their work quality and performance.
6. Monitoring assignment progress to ensure alignment with the allocated budget.
