Provide strategic guidance on Recognition and Benefits to HR and the business, playing a key role in delivering core Reward processes and new initiatives globally.
Reporting to the Group Reward Manager, you will work closely with the International Reward team to deliver expert advice and services on Recognition and Benefits. This role is integral to the success of our Reward processes and initiatives, both in the UK and globally.
