Van Driver (Category B) Needed in Rainham

This is a great opportunity to work with one of our busy clients in Rainham, delivering materials in a category b van into London and Essex areas.
Pay
The pay rate is £12 per hour, weekly pay every Friday, PAYE.
What does the job involve?
• In this role, you will be tasked with driving a flatbed van and delivering cargo to various sites in the London and Essex areas.
• The role requires strapping the products to the vehicle safely and securely when loading and unloading.
• Customer facing role.
• Route planning may be required.
• Very fast paced environment will require confidence and ability to take initiative.
Duties include:
• Strapping the products to the vehicle correctly and safely.
• Some heavy lifting may be required when loading and unloading the vehicle.
• Multi drop deliveries around London/Essex
• Planning routes for deliveries
• Getting paperwork signed off at each drop
The Ideal person
The ideal driver for this role will have the following:
• Multi drop and strapping experience is preferred
• Able to plan routes and use initiative to ensure deliveries are made on time
• Good communication skills
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD/DR/ In10's accepted
