Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
3. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries.
4. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
5. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
6. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
8. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
2. Understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
3. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
5. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing stock levels.
7. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
