Walker & Sloan is seeking an Estimator with Design & Build and measuring experience for a regional contractor in Cardiff. This role focuses on preparing detailed cost estimates for a variety of projects. You’ll analyze drawings, collaborate with design teams, and provide accurate pricing to support competitive tender submissions.
As an Estimator, you’ll work closely with the pre-construction team to develop cost plans, ensure accurate tender submissions, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings will be crucial in delivering competitive and profitable bids.
