Landscaping Team Leader
Shift Times: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:30 - 45HPW
Pay Rate: £32,758 (£13.99ph)
Location: Huntingdon, PE28 2TY
Manpower are looking for Soft Landscape Team Leaders to work for our client based out of Huntingdon. Working within a busy Soft Landscaping team across new build sites. This role will involve overseeing/leading a team of operatives. Working in line with all company Health and Safety policy documents and procedures. In this role you will be using Rotovators, Rollers, Strimmers and other small plant machinery. You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.
To succeed, you will need:
* Hold a full valid UK Driving License
* Hold a valid CSCS card
* Previous experience of leading/overseeing a team of operatives
* Digger / excavator card would be an advantage
* Experience of performance management
