We have a team of over 175 employees representing us across our offices in Manchester, Belfast, Dublin, and Glasgow. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Process Consultant to join our Glasgow office with hybrid working arrangements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* a Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering;
* Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards it;
* detailed technical knowledge of thermal waste processing, carbon capture technology, or hydrogen development;
* experience in process plant concept design, FEED studies, and detailed process system design;
* proficiency in process simulation using MATLAB, Simulink, HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or similar software;
* ability to prepare and review process plant documentation, including heat & mass balances, PFDs, P&IDs, basis of design documents, and process calculations;
* prior experience in producing high-quality scientific models, technical reports, and other documentation for clients and internal use;
* a full driving license and the right to work in the UK;
* the ability and willingness to travel within the UK, Ireland, and occasionally overseas for construction site visits and inspections.
