Project Manager We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high rise social housing residential block refurbishment project in Kilburn North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to take charge of a complex project with a budget of £15 million, managing multiple stakeholders, site managers, and administration staff to deliver a high-quality outcome. As a successful Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including internal and external refurbishment works, mechanical works, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Project Manager Wanted We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager with previous experience managing high rise building refurbishment projects, preferably with a background in social housing. Your strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team will be essential in driving the project forward and ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. Key Responsibilities of Project Manager Manage site managers and administration staff to deliver the project to the required quality, time, and budget standards Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate and chair supply chain meetings with multiple contractors Produce contractor reports, update and report on programmes, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of progress Manage client relationships and report to the client on project progress Oversee all aspects of the internal and external refurbishment works, including mechanical works Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders Requirements for Project Manager Previous experience managing high rise building refurbishment projects Experience in social housing sector an advantage Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to produce high-quality reports and programme updates Experience working with multiple contractors What We Offer Competitive salary up to £80,000 per year 6,000 allowance Opportunity to work with a well-established and community-focused business Opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a budget of £15 million Chance to develop your skills and experience as a Project Manager If you are a motivated and experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exciting opportunity
