Advanced Clinical Practitioner / Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Are you an advanced nurse practitioner or advanced clinical practitioner looking to make a difference in a dynamic, supportive and forward-thinking GP surgery?
We are seeking a skilled ANP/ACP to join our dedicated acute team, providing expert clinical care to our diverse patient population.
You will work with our current team of three ANP/ACP's on our busy acute team alongside our GP's, assessing patients, diagnosing and treating our patients.
If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and want to work in a friendly, forward-thinking practice where your skills are truly valued, we would love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
You will work in our acute service playing a vital role in managing urgent patient needs.
You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute or same-day issues, such as infections, injuries, or exacerbations of chronic conditions.
We expect our ANP/ACP's to work autonomously to deliver timely, high-quality care, including prescribing medications, ordering investigations, and referring patients when necessary.
By managing acute demand efficiently you will help to reduce GP workload and ensure that patients receive prompt and effective care, contributing to the smooth running of the practice.
