Property Manager – Benefits

Property Manager – Duties
1. Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance.
2. Booking, managing, and processing findings from inventories, mid-term inspections, and check-outs.
3. Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders, and obtaining invoices.
4. Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety, and EPC certifications.
5. Dealing with deposit disputes.
6. Organising tenancy paperwork.
7. Getting involved in serving section notices as required.
8. Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals.
9. General Property Manager duties.
Property Manager – Experience Needed:
1. Previous lettings/property management experience is essential.
2. Must have experience of dealing with HMOs and student accommodation.
3. Professional written and verbal communication.
4. Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
