Project Engineer Role - 12 Month FTC
Responsible for leading various projects related to the running of a Biomass facility.
Managing and coordinating projects related to the building facility and the operation of the plant.
Providing project oversight and ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and budgets.
Provide project plans and timelines for specific assigned projects.
Liaise with stakeholders such as operations, woodyard and other associated teams to provide the feedback of required data such as costings, impact, progress, manpower requirements, technical scope and impact.
Adhere to and complete the procurement process for each project.
Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success and adherence to safety standards.
Focusing on continuous improvement to achieve excellence in the operation of the plant.
Project Engineer Background -
1. 5+ Years in project engineering/project management.
2. Minimum qualification HNC or an appropriate engineering bias degree.
3. Experience in energy from waste.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work under pressure within time constraints.
5. Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
6. Proven capability to build relationships, be proactive and be part of a variety of teams.
7. Computer literate and good experience of computer software programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
8. A determined and focused approach to delivering successful projects.
9. Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges with innovative solutions.
10. Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide project teams effectively.
Project Engineer Package -
1. £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
