Description Managing employee records and maintaining an up-to-date HR database. Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening. Supporting the management of employee benefits and compensation. Overseeing employee training and development initiatives. Assisting with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests. Coordinating employee performance review procedures. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Contributing to the development of HR policies and practices. Profile A successful Part-time HR should have: Relevant degree in Human Resources or similar field. Proficiency in HR management software and database systems. Strong understanding of HR procedures and policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational and time management abilities.
