An independent financial advisor firm in Harrogate is seeking a skilled financial services administrator to join their team. This is an excellent role for an experienced individual looking to contribute to a professional and supportive environment.
About the Role
As a financial services administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Obtaining quotes and liaising with providers
* Dealing with clients and maintaining excellent service levels
* Supporting advisers and paraplanners with administrative tasks
* Processing and monitoring new business applications
Candidate Requirements
* At least two years of experience working in an IFA firm
* Familiarity with Xplan is an advantage
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 (dependent on experience)
* Full-time preferred, but part-time will be considered
* Office-based position
* 27 days’ holiday per annum, plus statutory holidays
* Group pension scheme
