The Wellbeing & Inclusion Support Manager will work across Mid Cheshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and CCICP to support the co-ordination and delivery of people wellbeing and engagement projects including Health and Wellbeing and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion to embed our Workforce & Organisational Development Strategy. The post holder will support the delivery of key objectives included in the NHS People Plan and the Trust's overarching Strategy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and creative individual who can build effective relationships and prioritise competing demands effectively. The post holder will assist in the promotion, development and implementation of key wellbeing and inclusion programmes.
Provide project management support to both the Wellbeing and Inclusion Leads by taking responsibility for managing a robust project management framework, including project planning, key outcomes, deliverables and timescales and help establish and agree SMART objectives
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides a full range of hospital and community services for people across East Cheshire (population 399K) and West Cheshire and Chester (population 357K). Specifically linked to Inclusion, this will involve frequent liaison with neighbouring Trusts, managers and union representatives
Work closely with key internal stakeholders including staff networks, task and finish groups and communication teams to enlist and sustain support to promote staff wellbeing, inclusion and engagement projects
Manage and monitor budgets
Produce ad hoc and monthly reports for stakeholders
Ensure reports undertaken through this role contribute to the Trusts compliance with Public Sector Equality Duty
Create and maintain an active EDI/Wellbeing annual calendar of activity
Support in the evaluation of Wellbeing and Inclusion activity and events
