The Job Role
* Regional Human Resources Manager
* Deliver a sustainable HR strategy to large teams/operations.
* Responsible for creating an induction and training program.
* Support Operations Teams in managing their teams.
* Work closely with the HR Director on strategy and deliver the best results possible.
* Increase staff engagement and retention.
The Requirements
* Experience within Hotels or similar multi-site experience in a hospitality setting.
* CIPD qualified or working towards this.
* A strong individual with a resilient 'can do' attitude.
* Confident, creative, and effective HR leader.
The Location
* North West
* This role will involve occasional travel.
