Are you an experienced Speech and Language Therapist ready to lead a motivated stroke team in a well-supported and forward-thinking environment? This maternity cover post offers you the opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll drive existing projects while bringing your own ideas to life. The team has made significant progress in refining processes, delivering impactful training, and embedding best practices. Your role will involve maintaining this momentum, ensuring continuity in the excellent work already in place, while also having the autonomy to deliver key improvements. Although this is a temporary post, it’s a chance to make a lasting difference while expanding your leadership and project management experience.
