We are looking for a Junior Electronics Hardware Engineer to join the growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to one year of relevant experience to work on developing ISO 26262-compliant automotive chassis control products. The role offers exposure to all stages of product development, from concept to end-of-life, in a collaborative, global environment alongside teams in Cambridge (UK) and Norwich (UK)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development of electronic system architecture.
Support circuit design, analysis, and documentation tasks.
Participate in debugging, verification, and validation testing.
Help identify and propose solutions to design challenges.
Contribute to creating and maintaining documentation for long-term product support.
Learn and apply industry-standard tools, techniques, and processes.Key Requirements
A degree in electronics engineering or a closely related discipline.
A strong interest in electronic hardware design and embedded systems.
Basic understanding of circuit design and debugging.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work to deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team.Desirable Experience (Not Essential)
Familiarity with communication protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN, or Ethernet.
Understanding of power supplies (linear or switched-mode).
Exposure to PCB design and layout software.
Any experience working on personal or academic engineering projects.Tools & Lab Experience (Desirable)
Basic schematic capture or PCB layout tools.
Use of lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and DMMs.
Soldering of through-hole or SMT components.Please note:
