You’ll be based in a warm, supportive five-bed home, working alongside a dedicated team—and leading by example. A Bit About the Role As Team Leader, you’ll play a key part in ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care in a safe and engaging environment. You’ll be: Managing day-to-day care operations alongside our Registered Manager Leading and motivating a team of support staff Providing hands-on care when needed Ensuring compliance with internal systems and CQC standards Updating staff and resident records accurately and on time Supporting cover for staff absences including weekends and evenings, as part of a 24/7 rota This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your care career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
