Key Responsibilities: As part of a busy team, the Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing a large corporate in-house account.You will be responsible for: Supporting Project Managers in overseeing various projects from inception to completion. Engaging directly with clients to understand their business needs, project requirements, and any changes or amendments. Preparing and issuing quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinating and monitoring projects as they progress through production. Scheduling and managing work within the factory, ensuring deadlines are met. Communicating with suppliers, placing orders, and managing stock levels. Securing client approvals for costs and production processes. Maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Preparing detailed work orders to ensure smooth production and installation processes. Collating all relevant project information for efficient invoicing upon completion.What They're Looking For: Experience in the signage or construction industry is highly preferred. A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
