About this role
You'll be joining a specialist security team that is a trusted partner to governments worldwide, protecting critical national infrastructure. Our mission-focused work is innovative, inspiring, and technologically challenging.
Because of the sensitive nature of the high-security work you will be doing, you will need to go through additional personnel screening and Government DV Security clearance.
An allowance of £5k per annum may be paid while you hold DV and continue to work in a role that requires DV.

You’ll be part of a team of experienced Cyber Security professionals, learning directly from the best. You will gain hands-on experience in some (or all) of the following:
1. Implementing Security Controls
2. Security Engineering
3. Performing Offensive Security Activities
About the apprenticeship you’ll study for
On a Cyber Security Apprentice, you’ll study for a Level 6 apprenticeship called Cyber Security Technical Professional (integrated degree) Apprenticeship. This is a degree course that runs for three years with block release attendance onsite at the University.
Entry Requirements
You’ll need to achieve (or have achieved) three A-Levels with a minimum of BBC grades, (or equivalent 112 UCAS Points), which must include a STEM subject at a minimum grade B. You'll also need to have a minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4-9 (C or above) including English and Maths.
All applicants will need a full UK Right to Work for the duration (3 years) of their scheme.
