TRAINEE ADMINISTRATOR
THURSDAY - MONDAY - WEEKEND WORK

THE ROLE:
1. Handling incoming calls, emails and online enquiries promptly and efficiently
2. Processing bookings using an online booking system
3. Handling customer concerns, enquiries and complaints
4. Managing booking rescheduling and modifications
5. Processing refunds where applicable
6. Ensuring customer records are kept up to date
7. Providing customers with relevant information about their bookings both in advance and on the day
8. Providing administrative support to the Operations team
THE PERSON:
1. Experience in a Customer Service role
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with customers
3. Strong problem-solving abilities
4. Able to work well in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment
5. Intermediate user of Microsoft Office packages
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Excellent organisational skills
8. Confident to work efficiently as part of a team
